Apple Pie Smoothie

This Apple Pie Smoothie is anti-inflammatory, deliciously sweet with a hint of cinnamon. Using our Apple Pie puree as the nutritionally fortified base, this smoothie makes healthy eating easy, simple and quick.

The Apple Pie smoothie can be used as a healthy snack or breakfast to add valuable nutrition to your diet. 


Ingredients:

  • 500g Apple Pie puree
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey 
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon

    Directions:

    Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour the smoothie into five serving glasses and enjoy this delicious, anti-inflammatory fortified smoothie! 


    This recipe requires less than 5 minutes to prepare and is rich in micronutrients, energy, and protein!
