Bounty Bar Smoothie

This heavenly coconut and chocolate smoothie taste exactly like a Bounty Bar but does not compromise nutrition and protein! The smoothie is rich and creamy, made with our Chocolate Brownie dessert puree. 

Good to know: The chocolate brownie puree has the highest protein content from our dessert range options, making it the perfect base to use for the protein smoothies!

The intake of protein for females should be 57 g protein a day and for males 81 g a day*. The Bounty Bar smoothie contains 14.7% of the AI (Adequate Intakes) for females and 10.3% of the A for males.


Per serve (180ml):

Ingredients:

  • 500g Chocolate Brownie puree
  • 3 cups Coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa

Directions:
Preparing this smoothie is easy: place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy! Divide the smoothie amongst serving glasses and enjoy! 

Tip:
This smoothie can be easily made for 1 person by using a 100 g pot of the chocolate brownie puree with the same coconut milk ratio (1:1). Add 1 tsp of cocoa, blend it all together and ready to try.
