Mini baked potatoes

Our mini baked potatoes are loaded with Pure Food Beef Bolognese for an extra nutrition boost! This recipe is tasty, easy and a great snack to see you through the afternoon, or bring them along to a BBQ. Add a dollop of sour cream to serve for an extra hit of calcium - delish!


  • Box of small pearl potatoes

  • 2 x 100g pottles Pure Foods Beef Bolognese

  • Grated cheese

  • Olive oil

  • S&P

  • Sour cream (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees celsius

  2. Rub pearl potaoes with olive oil, salt, pepper and place on baking tray

  3. Bake potatoes for 50min or until cooked through and skin is crispy

  4. Cut potatoes open, spoon in Pure Food beef bolognese and top with grated cheese.

  5. Place oven on grill and grill potatoes until cheese is golden and crispy

  6. Serve with a dollop of sour cream. Bon appetit!
