- 500g Pure Foods Minted Peas (Pureed)
- 500mL Water
- 2 ½ Teaspoons Vege Stock
- Salt & Pepper
Simply place 500g of Pure Foods Minted Peas (Pureed) into a pot. Add water, stock. Bring to the boil whilst stirring. Season to taste then serve - Bon appetit!
For a single serve soup just use one of the 100g Minted Peas pottles with the same ratios as above (1:1) and use a microwave to heat. Serve with a piece of wholegrain toast and you've got lunch sorted!
