NEW Apple Berry Smoothie

Try our refreshing Apple Berry Smoothie! You won't be able to get enough of this tasty recipe, plus it's an easy way to up intake of both fruit and fiber!

The recommended daily intake (RDI) of protein for females (>70 yr) is 57g protein per day and for males (>70 yr), it's 81g a day*. One serving (180ml) of Apple Berry smoothie provides 9.5% protein RDI for females and 6.7% protein RDI for males.

Preparing this smoothie is easy: place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy! Divide the smoothie amongst serving glasses and enjoy! 

Top Tip

This smoothie can be easily made for 1 person by using a 100 g pot of the Berry Crumble puree with the same apple juice ratio (1:1). Add 1/5th cup ice cream, blend it all together and it's ready to go.

This smoothie also makes delicious fruity popsicles, simply pour the mixture into ice block molds and freeze. Enjoy this fruity, refreshing and nutritious Apple Berry smoothie!
