Our Pure Food Chef, Anton Leyland, has been busy creating exciting immunity boosting soup recipes. These soups use our Pure Food purees as a base which means they not only help strengthen the immune system, but are also full of energy, protein and fibre. Watch the video to see what Anton has come up with.

Carrot Caraway & Orange Soup

Ingredients (makes about 1 litre of soup)

  • 30g Olive Oil
  • 100g Diced Onions
  • 15g Crushed Garlic
  • 2g Caraway Seeds (crushed)
  • 130ml Orange Jucie
  • 500g Pure Food Glazed Carrot Puree
  • 15g Chicken Stock
  • 400ml Hot Water

Cauliflower & Almond Soup

Ingredients (makes about 1.2 - 1.3 litres of soup)

  • 500g Pure Food Cauliflower Gratin
  • 60g Almonds (with the brown skin)
  • 30g Dates
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Power
  • 10g Harissa Paste
  • 200g Milk
  • 700ml Hot Water
  • 15g Chicken Stock
  • 20ml Olive Oil
