Ingredients

  • 500g Pure Foods Creamy Broccoli (Pureed)
  • 500mL Water
  • 2 tsp Chicken Stock
  • Salt & Peppers

Directions

Simply place 500g of Pure Foods Creamy Broccoli (Pureed) into a pot. Add water, stock. Bring to the boil whilst stirring. Season to taste then serve - easy as that!

Kumara Coconut Soup

Try our mouthwatering creamy Kumara & Coconut Soup. You won't be able to get enough of this tasty recipe, plus it's an easy way to increase your fiber and Vitamin A intake!

Ingredients

  • 500g Kumara Mash (Pureed)
  • 500mL Water
  • 2 tsp Vegetable Stock
  • 50ml Coconut milk
  • Curry powder (optional)
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions

Simply place 500g of Pure Foods Kumara mash (Pureed) into a pot. Add water, stock and coconut milk. Bring to the boil whilst stirring. Season to taste then serve!

Pea & Tarragon Soup

Ingredients

  • 500g Pure Minted Peas (Pureed)
  • 500mL Water
  • 3 tsp Ground Tarragon
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp vege stock

Directions

Simply place 500g of Pure Foods Minted Peas (Pureed) into a pot. Add water, stock, tarragon and lemon juice. Bring to the boil whilst stirring. Season to taste then serve - easy as that!

Directions

Preparing this smoothie is easy: place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy! Divide the smoothie amongst serving glasses and enjoy!

Ingredients

    • 500g Pure Foods Butterscotch Cake (Pureed)
    • 1 cup Full Fat Milk
    • 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
    • 1 Large Banana
    • 1/4 cup Maple/Golden syrup

Directions

Preparing this smoothie is easy: place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until well combined and divide amongst glasses to serve!
