Quick Fire Answers:

  • We recommend putting your food straight into the fridge. All of our food has a 30 day refrigerated shelf life (refer to Best Before date sticker on pottle). However you can freeze the food if necessary.
  • We deliver NZ nationwide via overnight courier (except rural).
  • Your order will be delivered within 2-4 business days following the day you placed your order. You will receive a tracking email from Post Haste upon dispatch - use this to keep an eye on your order, the courier has permission to leave.
  • Contact Post Haste on 09 525 2060 if you have any concerns regarding your orders delivery - have your consignment number ready.

Build your own meal from our selection of foods. Simply add your Pure Food to your cart and keep shopping. When you are ready, go to the cart at the top-right of the page to proceed to checkout. Or purchase a meal box - simply select this option and proceed to checkout.

What is in our 7 day meal pack?

This pack contains  a varied selection of 42 pottles from our savoury range. You can build 14  meals with the pack (a meal includes 3 x 100g pottles; a protein, vege, carb). Discounted & shipped free to your door (except rural).

What is in our Protein boost pack? (Bariatric)

This pack contains 18 delicious high-protein pottles (taken from those available in our protein category), all smooth puree, to assist during the recovery period following surgery. With it you will receive some information, provided by specialist bariatric dietitians, to assist your post-surgery recovery.

What is in our Sweet Snack Pack?

A varied selection of 14 desserts from our delicious range. They are a great snack to have in between meals, or serve them up for a divine dessert! Can be served hot or cold.

Delivery

Where do you deliver in NZ?

We deliver to your front door nationwide via an overnight courier service - except for rural addresses.

What if I live at a rural delivery address?

Not to worry, you can still enjoy our delicious food. Follow the link below and simply click on the area of NZ you live in and it will show you a list of Post Haste drop off/pick up points.  Choose a drop off/pick up point that is close to your home and use its address when placing your order.

FIND DROP OFF/PICK UP POINT

The courier driver will then deliver your order to the drop off/pick up point's address you've used and from here you must pick it up on the same day its delivered. Or another option is, many of our customers get their food sent to a friend or family member in a non-RD area, and given the long shelf-life, it can be stored in the fridge until you collect it.

Can I get my order sent to my work?

Yes you can! Just make sure you include ℅: company’s name at the start of the address, otherwise the courier will not deliver.

When will my Pure Food be delivered?

Your order will be delivered within 2 to 4 business days. Whilst the courier is instructed to leave your order at the front door, please keep an eye out just in case your order finds its way to the back door, or even the letterbox!

How is my Pure Food delivered?

Your Pure Food will arrive chilled so you can pop it straight into the fridge. All food is packaged in special pottles which are carefully placed in our insulated travel bags/chilltainers, packed with cool packs and delivered direct to your door.

How much does delivery cost?

Free shipping for orders of $99 or more. The cost of delivery for orders of less than $99 is $6 to Auckland, $12 to North Island, and $15 to South Island.

What is the shelf life on our products?

Our products have a shelf life of 4 weeks refrigerated. Once opened please consume within 3 days.

Can I freeze the food?

We recommend popping your foods straight into the fridge so you can simply heat & eat! You can freeze the food if necessary.

What is the texture of the food?

Our foods have a consistent soft mash like texture - no lumps, just smooth natural goodness.

Are Pure Foods gluten free?

All of our foods are naturally gluten free.

What products contain dairy?

Fish Pie, Lamb Casserole, Creamy Broccoli, Cauliflower Gratin, Yellow Lentil Curry, Butter Chicken, Neep & Taties, Chocolate Brownie, Butterscotch Cake, Passionfruit Cheesecake.

What products are vegetarian?

All of our vege and carb options are vegetarian.

Storage

What is the food packaged in?

Pure Foods are packaged in our newly designed pottles! The pottles are microwaveable, recyclable and are colour coded for easy identification. The pottles ensure that your Pure Food stays fresh, nourishing and delicious.

How do I store my food?

Our pottles can be kept in the fridge for up to four weeks unopened and three days once opened. All products are marked with a refrigerated use by date.

Cooking

How do I heat my Pure Food?

Your Pure Food can be microwaved or heated in a saucepan. To microwave, peel off the lid, microwave for 30 seconds, stir, heat for another 20 seconds or until nice and hot (heating times will be different for every microwave).

How do I serve my Pure Food?

Pure Food can be served on a plate, in a bowl or eaten from the pottle. The food holds nicely on a plate and can be eaten with a fork or a spoon.

What if I need a thinner texture?

We know there are lots of Pure Food eaters who need an even thinner texture. Adding 2-5 teaspoons of water to the pottle before or after heating will achieve the desired texture without affecting nutrition or taste.

Reordering

How can I reorder my favourite Pure Food?

Easy, if you have created an account, simply login, select your last order, click on reorder, and you will be taken to the order page, with all your favourite Pure Food, then just complete your order!

If you would like to change your last order, maybe add a protein, vege, carb or dessert just click on return to store at the bottom of the page, and add more Pure Food to your cart.

Payment

For online orders, you have the option of paying by credit or debit card or by bank transfer.
