Berry Breakfast Smoothie
This delicious Berry Breakfast smoothie recipe is full of nutrition to start your day off right. Featuring our popular Berry Crumble puree, the smoothie provides a scrumptious way to incorporate our nutritionally fortified Pure Food Co products into your menu.
Good to know: Adding banana to this smoothie provides valuable energy and potassium. Oats are a great source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, and have been shown to lower blood sugar and cholesterol levels.
Per serve (180ml):
- 500g Berry Crumble puree
- 1 1/2 cup Oats
- 2 Bananas
- 1 cup Plain yogurt
- 3 cups Orange juice (could be mixed with milk)
- 1 tbsp Jam
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy this delicious and fortified smoothie! It will only take you less than 5 minutes to prepare!
