Cauliflower Gratin - Puree - 100g
- Heat the kettle to 80°C
- Add the Canola Oil, Butter & Salt
- Add HOT water to the kettle and then add ALL the Cauliflower
- Slowly pour over the Milk Powder after all the Cauliflower is in the kettle
- When the Cauliflower appears to soften, add the Pea Protein in SLOWLY so that it doesn't clump.
- Add the Citrus Pulp & Endura to the kettle - mix until all combined.
- Pasteurise :)
